• All Tomahawk steaks are cooked on the bone and sliced for service.

• Steaks are prepared to our Chef's recommended temperature (between rare and medium). Due to the size and nature of the cut, we cannot guarantee an exact temperature throughout the steak and are unable to accommodate specific temperature requests. Please speak with your server if you have any special requests before ordering.
